1 Definitions and Scope

"Member" or "user" refers to any person who has registered an account on or is using this platform. 2.3 Verification

Before processing a withdrawal, or for transactions above a certain amount, 1111 bot may ask the member to submit documents for identity verification. This verification process may require a copy of a national ID card or passport. Some services may be limited until verification is complete.

2.4 Account Security

The member is responsible for keeping their login details — username and password — completely confidential. If unauthorised access is suspected, the 1111 bot customer support team must be contacted immediately.

3 Age Restrictions

1111 bot's services are for persons aged 21 or over only. No person under the age of 21 may register on or use this platform.

1111 bot may request documents to verify age at the time of registration or at any later stage. If age cannot be verified, the account will be suspended temporarily or closed permanently.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5.3 Bonus Abuse

8 Account Suspension and Closure

1111 bot reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances: violation of these terms, suspicious activity, failure to complete identity verification, or any legal or regulatory reason.

8.2 Closure by Member

A member who wishes to close their account may contact customer support. If any active wagering conditions have been met before account closure, a withdrawal can be requested.
